About Zulf Notes
Zulf Notes is a small journal about women's hair fall in Pakistan.
Most hair fall in women has a cause that can be found: delivery, PCOS, low iron, thyroid, stress or a crash diet. We explain these simply, list the tests worth asking a doctor about, and keep product talk honest.
We are not doctors, and nothing here replaces a consultation with a gynaecologist or dermatologist. We offer one product, an at-home serum and derma roller kit, with cash on delivery, and we keep it out of our medical notes.
